Evaluating Agile-PROP concept to ensure its perfect fit for Start-Up’s management of unregistered IP-Assets Portfolio forming the basis of innovative project
“Agile-PROP” is a startup digital business intelligence model that combines –
1- Hybrid-adaptive outsourcing project development methodology called “Collaborative Remotely-Operated Project Management”, abbreviated as CROP-Management;
2- Method of commercialization of unregistered Intellectual Property assets, called “Agile-Prop” Method,abbreviated as Agile-Prop-Met;
3- a set of key-principles, programs and schemes.
The acronym “PROP” stands for “Project Rationally Organized Propelling”.

“Agile-PROP” is applicable to developing any complex project that is based on utilization either internal (unregistered IP-Assets) or external franchised assets, or both, to be secured and protected within any intermediate project-developing phases leading to creating the final innovative product with or without attendant/orchestrated services in conformity with stipulated period of time and budged.
Based upon signing “Artificial Intelligence Digital Echelon” Agreement (aka AIDE-Agreement),“Agile-PROP” works on high level of confidentiality and protection of unregistered forms of the intellectual property (e.g. commercial undisclosed information).

Both “VDA-Sprocket” and “VDA-Leap” frameworks of “Agile-Prop-Met” concept are based on principles of “A coherent framework for building trust in the Digital Single Market for e-commerce and online services” by EUROPEAN COMMISSION {SEC(2011)1640} {SEC(2011)1641)}, introduced for the first time in 2013 as “Outsourcing Program Management” standard for training and certification.
The term “Agile-Prop-Met” is pretty multi-semantic and basically it applies to defining the set of experience-based leadership business-organizing principles woven with decision-making and solution-finding practices, values and approaches which are altogether aimed at organizing and remotely controlling the cross-functional team of trustworthy freelancers, as collaborators, who are experienced professionals and experts in a given fields of industry and technology.
